Ashley, Sydney, and the team were amazing. Buying a first home is stressful enough, add to it the unreal real estate market we are currently experiencing, and we were STRESSED. But Sydney and Ashley walked us through the whole process and pretty much held our hand the entire way. From walking us through open houses to making the best offers to the whole closing process, there was no way we could have handled this situation without the Brinkman team's help. Their experience is invaluable!

We loved working with Ashley and the team! When we found the house we hoped to buy, Ashley worked hard to figure out what it would take to win it, and we did! In this crazy Austin market, that's not easy to go. We also found their vendor list super helpful as we set up some improvement projects for the house, certainly a full-service team that we'd highly recommend!

Working with Ashley and the rest of the Brinkman team at Realty Austin has been an absolute pleasure. Purchasing a home itself can be a stressful event and such a big decision, let alone in the current crazy market. Being able to trust Ashley and her entire team and the help and support I received from them throughout the whole process made for such a great experience. From the beginning of the process, Sydney and Ashley were amazing at helping me find places that met my criteria, and they gave me great feedback and input to help me set my expectations in this market. The knowledge that they're able to display around home buying and what to expect in the current market conditions is absolutely incredible. Then, through to my closing, the entire team was great about keeping me up to speed and answering any questions I had about documents and forms that needed to be submitted (and there are a lot!). The work that their team put in really did help make me feel so much more comfortable and confident the whole way through. I can't even imagine going through this process with anyone else!

I cannot brag about Ashley enough. This is the 4th time that I've used Ashley's services, and she never fails to exceed expectations. In every step of the selling process, Ashley was readily available and able to answer all of my questions. Being a first-time seller, I felt almost unnaturally comfortable with the process. I'm sure Ashley can attest to this fact as I was frequently messaging her with questions like, "Am I forgetting something?" and "Did I do this correctly?". She assured me each time that things were going smoothly, and she was right! I am very happy with Ashley as a realtor and will definitely be using her again in the future.

Ashley Brinkman is an award-winning Broker and Realtor headquartered in Austin, Texas serving clients in all stages in the home buying and selling process. A locally-born agent, Ashley took a pause from Texas to pursue an advertising career in the Midwest, but she quickly realized her lack of passion for blurbs and pitching coupled with a limited down-filled wardrobe, meant that she needed to find her way back to vibrant Austin, TX. 

As an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Ashley takes pride in her white-glove approach to first time home buyers. If you haven't seen her social profiles, she also excels at marketing and promotion throughout the home selling process. Her SRS designation (Seller Representative Specialist) and experience also make her a checklist and process-oriented machine, which many of her clients appreciate in the chaos of purchasing/listing. Her passion for people is reflected in her service-oriented and straight shooter approach, transparent processes, and strong communication skills. Ashley cannot, however, take all the credit for her year over year success and client retention if it wasn't for her amazing teammates, Sydney and Tasha.

A true purveyor of life, Ashley finds happiness in traveling, spending time with friends (including her Maltipoo, Miss Molly), practicing photography, and other joys (re: food, fun, frivolity). Ashley has a deep appreciation for serving others through her volunteer work with various organizations, including Foundation Communities, Habitat for Humanity, and Big Brother Big Sister - ask her about Charlissa!
