In 1996, Belle and her family moved to Canada. They settled in Scarborough among the diaspora of many Chinese immigrants, where she went to school and met many friends since. Always business-oriented, her family continued to be active in real estate investments. Growing in Belle were insider knowledge and understanding of this industry that would fascinate her for years ahead.

Ventured into the finance and insurance industry for many years, Belle’s heart never went far from real estate. The ability to truly grasp her client’s financial situation brings tremendous advantage to the buying and selling of real estate, where budgeting and target setting are keys to a perfect property. Accurate pre-sale analyses, unique sales strategies, and the tireless effort to arrive at the best price and terms are but some reasons Belle earns her clients’ valuable trust and referrals.

Being a part of a larger community, Belle wishes to make contributions utilizing her expertise. She actively participates in charity event, and is committed to “Sold on a Cure” for Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, donating a part of her earnings to fund cancer research.

Belle has a keen eye on home decoration and loves to take care of her garden. She lives with her husband, an accountant and financial consultant in Markham, Ontario
