She’s professional, personable and I felt like I was her only client. I highly recommend Andrea, she follows her client’s timelines, price range and all the other criteria, not to mention, she has a vision for what each client needs. 5 stars - a year ago My wife and I first met Andrea in early July 2019. Although we were looking for a home, we were not optimistic (especially me) we could find the right home and get our existing home sold. I was negative and that negativity was on display in my spoken word and unspoken expressions. We had been looking for “the right” home since 2017 with two other realtors. We came close on two occasions in those two years of searching but both times our home failed to sell. My first observation of Andrea at our initial meeting was that she truly LISTENED. Andrea showed she could also think outside the box. She presented us with ideas we had never considered or even knew were possible with the home we needed to sell. When Andrea took us out on the first preview of homes after our initial meeting, every home was “spot on” with respect to what we were looking for. We could have been happy with any of the homes that we viewed. However, one home stood out above all we viewed. We went into contract on that home BUT I was still concerned because we had been to this point in 2017 and in 2018. Again, our home proved difficult to sell. Not missing a beat, Andrea was there and with her ideas and assistance we sold our home. Andrea was on top of the situation and most important, Andrea was able to clear every hurdle. Andrea never wavered in her enthusiasm and dedication. My wife and I are married 53 years and are in our 11th home thanks to Andrea. Every realtor we have met in several states have, to a person, told us they were there and working for us. No realtor has ever been more dedicated to us in our home buying history than Andrea. She is proactive, hard working and always cheerful. In one word, Andrea is AMAZING.
