Highly recommend Maria De Zubiria Maria is the consummate real estate professional. During the sale of my mother's home, serious family and legal issues arose resulting in the property being vandalized. Maria patiently worked with us as we resolved the issues and advised us as we made the repairs. Maria kept us informed of changes in the market and dutifully notified us of every offer. Maria coordinated the showings in a manner that respected my mother’s privacy and concern for her wellbeing. She sold the home during the height of the pandemic and insisted prospective buyers wear masks and disposable footies when inside the home. She later disinfected all surfaces that had been touched. Maria worked very hard for us and we were very pleased with the price she negotiated. Most importantly, Maria De Zubiria treated us like family.
