About Anita

Passionate, Professional, Powerful Negotiator – that describes Anita Vida D’Antonio! Anita has worked full-time in local real estate and achieved great success for nearly two decades. She is licensed in Virginia where she is selling all types of real estate and particularly in Alexandria where she has lived for the past 20 years.  

Hers is the ultimate American dream story. This native of Hungary left her country and risked it all to come to the U.S. in 1992. She didn’t speak the language, and had limited resources, but found a way to create a business and live her best life with her family. 

Anita found her way into the world of real estate after a career as a both a prosecutor and an independent attorney. She received a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Szeged, School of Law in Hungary. Her legal background, savvy negotiating, excellent problem-solving, and outstanding client service are valuable assets that translated exceptionally well in residential sales. 

“Real estate is a form of life coaching, and for that it’s not for everyone. Assisting clients with their very personal needs, and becoming intimately involved in their lives is an honor, and huge responsibility! Guiding and educating people throughout the process is my passion. My goal is to bring a high risk-high anxiety situation to satisfying closure, and see them move on happy.” 

No complicated issue or situation is too great for her to solve. She is highly perseverant, creative and resourceful, and believes: “There is ALWAYS a way to get thing done or do them better…we just have to find the way!” 

Whether you’re selling, buying or investing in property old and new, Anita is ready to help. She serves a diverse clientele, works with referrals all over the globe, and has done many investment deals locally and internationally. Fluent in English and Hungarian, Anita is married to a builder/remodeling contractor and has a college student daughter who is a champion lacrosse player. Going to her games around the country to support the team and sport, and traveling the world to explore new places are her favorite pastimes.
