About Joan

Joan and her family made Lake Oconee their home fifteen years ago. Their decision was based completely on the quality of life that the Lake County offers for everyone at every age! Joan has enjoyed a successful sales career working with commercial property owners and managers. She has been an active member of Georgia’s Building Owner’s and Manager’s Association (BOMA), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), and the International Facility & Manager’s Association (IFMA). She is a past member of BOMA’s Board of Directors and was voted as ‘Allied Member of the Year’ by her peers and contributed to the efforts of numerous committees. In addition to spending time with her family, Joan enjoys most every outdoor activity especially hiking and playing tennis with the Lake Oconee Tennis Association and USTA.
