About Andrea

Ximena Villarreal was born in Bogota Colombia, she came from a family where sales and education was the most exciting way to develop financial freedom. She came to the United States (Miami) in 2012 to make a change in her personal life; 2 years later she decides to jump into the real estate industry to change the future of her family. She started working with buyers and sellers in Miami Dade and Broward county, specially with clients from Latin-American and also people who is relocating from another states to South Florida. At the same time she started helping her brokerage to grow, recruiting agents and building the Mentorship Program going from 35 agents to 100 in just 1 year and almost 450 agents at this moment. In 2017, she obtained her Broker's license and then she created Villarreal Estates Team, a team that helps brand new agents to become successful realtors. Now she is Managing Partner and Director of Mentors for Realty One Group Evolution.
