We were moving from out of state to the Nashville area. We needed someone who could educate us on the area and the housing market in Nashville. As a bonus, since Barb was actually once from the Northern Chicago suburbs, she could better understand what we were coming from and looking for. After narrowing down some homes off the internet, we planned a trip to Nashville to do actual home visits. This wasn’t a trip we could make more than once or twice, so Barb planned time with us while we were here. As a result, we were able to see many homes available and even feel comfortable in making a decision. Without Barb’s insight, patience and knowledge, we never could have accomplished this so quickly. She remained very positive when we were getting a little down and kept the momentum so we could stay on track. My wife and I had the privilege of working with Barb Bearss, Keller Williams Realty, for both the sale of our home and the purchase of our dream home. Our biggest concern was being able to sell our home for an amount that would afford us to purchase the new home. Finding a new home is tricky, but looking for a new home in a new city and state was daunting. A friend referred me to Barb and we couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. I had a couple referrals from different people, but after checking out all our options, I just knew Barb would be a great fit, hard working, and an expert on relocating to the Franklin area. I came to town on my own to select a home for our family and Barb quickly became a great home-shopping buddy while remaining professional and non-biased about each home, which is hard to do! She was in constant contact with us and we never felt like we were imposing. We closed 4 weeks to the day after our offer was accepted and that was thanks to Barbs attention to detail and handling things locally. I don’t long to move again, but now I know where to direct anyone who needs real estate assistance. My concerns-Living out of state makes it difficult to research properties. I had requirements and wasn’t sure I could find a realtor who would be able to help me eliminate properties that wouldn’t work. My experience-I contacted Barbara on a friend’s recommendation. About Barbara

Always having been interested in real estate and helping people, Barbara Bearss knew for a long time she was supposed to be helping people with their real estate needs. It has been a natural fit for her to join Keller Williams Realty once she received her license in Tennessee as their focus is God, Family, Work – in that order. Having had her license in Illinois previously fueled her desire to get her license in Tennessee. Barbara loves helping those from her stomping grounds make the move to this beautiful area of the country. Since moving here a few years ago, she understand what goes in to moving from another state.

Before joining Keller Williams, Barbara Bearss managed day-to-day operations and accounting for a Chicago-based consulting firm from her home in Williamson County, TN. A graduate of Trinity International University (Deerfield, IL), she not only served as a social worker and property manager for multiple nonprofits for over 15 years but became a top-producing retail sales manager. She has a wealth of experience in customer service. While in Chicago, she also worked as a real estate agent, which is where she recognized her passion for helping people find a home they love. Barbara loves to spend time with her son and their rescue dog, Cookie, whom they added to their family a few years ago.
