Rachel was our realtor and did an amazing job finding our home. We truly believe we never would have gotten the home if she wasn’t our realtor. We had been searching for three years, and every time we found a home, it became a bidding war on day one. I refused to pay way over the asking price and in all cash, so we lost many opportunities. Then we met Rachel. She found us a home, and once again, we faced a bidding war. This time, Rachel recommended we put in a backup offer after losing the initial bidding war. We were the only ones who did this, and when the initial buyer didn't come through, we got the home—even though we weren’t even the top two offers. About Rachel

Growing up in a real estate family, I’ve had the privilege of immersing myself in the industry since the mid-1980s. My journey into real estate began in earnest in 2002 while working on my Master of Science at the University of Florida. Frustrated by the lack of responsiveness from local Realtors, I took matters into my own hands. At six months pregnant and finishing my master’s thesis, I earned my real estate license.

From the very start, my career in real estate was marked by success. In my first year, I became the #1 sales agent in my office. Seeking to further refine my skills and learn from the best, I joined a larger firm, where I could learn from industry leaders. 

In 2009, during the financial crisis, I was recruited to launch Keller Williams Realty’s first office in downtown St. Petersburg. Despite having no prior experience in leadership or business management, I delved into books, classes, and seminars. The office quickly rose to prominence, becoming the top sales volume office in St. Pete within 18 months. 

During my time with Keller Williams, I helped launch 3 offices, managed over 500 Realtors, and brokered over $1 Billion in real estate transactions per year.

Driven by a desire to elevate the standards of leadership and broker knowledge in the real estate community, I founded my own brokerage in 2023. Amidst rapid technological advancements and industry disruptions, I firmly believe in the irreplaceable value of human intelligence. Real estate is an emotional journey, and the nuances of the sales cycle cannot be replicated by algorithms. Over the past two decades, I have dedicated myself to mastering and teaching the critical elements of emotional intelligence, communication, negotiation, contract skills, and customer service.

My mission to provide buyers and sellers with an exceptional experience is based on my belief that luxury is not a price point. Luxury is a level of service. Not all Realtors are the same, and I am committed to transforming the perception of our industry.
