Born and Raised in Green Bay, WI, Chad moved to Sarasota, FL in 2005 and is never leaving. He was attracted to the area because of the warm climate, amazing community and the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Chad has been a business owner for over 25 years, and brings the love of helping people, marketing and operational excellence to the table when working with his real estate clients. Chad entered Real Estate to create a legacy for his family and be a part of a high caliber growing team. A family man, animal lover and health enthusiast, when Chad is not in the office, you will often find him spending time with his wife Angie and his two dogs, Jake and Scout.
