Stevie has extensive experience as a realtor, and she used that experience to sell our house at a top price. She guided us through a rigorous preparation process to ensure the house was "ready to sell". She also did a thorough comp analysis to determine the true market value of our house. With her extensive network, she got the word out regarding our "open house" just prior to placing the house in MLS. We had excellent traffic at our open house and received a full price offer two days later. Stevie's experience also helped in the negotiation with the buyer's realtor regarding the many details that come up during the process. Stevie was very knowledgeable about the area, showed me different types of property as I was unfamiliar with Waco and Texas. We ended up buying a condo with Stevie's assistance.
