"Without Julia, I am pretty sure I would not be writing this from my amazing downtown Toronto condo (with 10-foot ceilings, a protected and unobstructed view, a good-sized den, a HUGE balcony, and a parking space and storage unit, all in a fantastic location), which is more than I ever dreamed I could own on my budget. Julia's real estate services were recommended to me after my original realtor did not return several of my calls. I first used Julia to sell my condo. It was a stressful decision to sell, but she was there for me every step of the way. Once my listing was ready, she personally helped me with staging, decluttering, and beautiful listing photos. When the offer date came, I had multiple offers and was extremely happy with the final sale. My partner and I used Julia's services again, about a year later, to find our first home. About Julia

Julia Metus began her career in real estate in 2007 after spending over 25 years working with leaders at a leading Canadian bank owned investment firm. Her clients have ranged from very experienced to first time buyers and some who have only watched all the real estate shows on HGTV.  Knowing that each client is unique, she tries to fit the service model with the client to provide the most effective customer service experience.  Her clients have described her as having endless patience, of being personable and professional and above all honest putting their needs before the sale.  She describes them as being amazing and is so grateful and honoured when they send referrals her way. 

Living and working in the downtown Toronto King/Queen West, entertainment/financial district and Leslieville areas, Julia loves the urban lifestyle of area neighborhoods with a mix of old homes of great character, chic urban condominiums, and edgy lofts as well as the restaurants, unique shops and quality services that make the community great.   In addition, she volunteers as Chair of a downtown federal riding association.  She's always at the ready to talk real estate or politics whether local or abroad. 

Julia provides real estate services to buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants of freehold and condominium properties, in the many Toronto neighborhoods, including downtown King West where she lived and worked for over 18 years, Mid-town and east end Leslieville area communities where she lives with her husband Ryan.  Finding that right fit of home, neighborhood and price is what makes her work so rewarding.
