Erin lives in Mooresville with her wonderful husband, Mike, their four amazing kiddos, three loving cats, and one guinea pig.  Yes, it’s a busy household, but she wouldn’t have it any other way!  In her free time, she regularly practices Bikram (hot) Yoga and Inferno Hot Pilates. Erin knows the kitchen is the Heart of the house. She and Mike spend time together cooking home-made meals while entertaining friends and family. She also enjoys spending time with her family traveling internationally.
