Not only our realtor, she was also a transition manager for us. She handled a host of details including the closing of a permit left open 4 years by an unresponsive storm shutter supplier. Thanks entirely to her, the permit was closed one hour and 45 minutes before the closing on our home. Robin is unflappable. She was the epitome of calm for the entire 2 months we worked with her.
