Working with Tim was awesome. He has amazing attention to detail and his follow through was outstanding. Never once, did Tim say he was going to do something and not follow through or need to be reminded. Tim and his team asked us to do a few things to get our home ready to show and we weren’t too happy about it at the time, but we resigned ourselves to the process and letting the experts do their job. Every single thing we were asked to do helped maximize our sale price and resulted in a very fast offer. Tim certainly knows the market and priced our home aggressively, but not so high that we were off the market. I would recommend Tim without any reservation. He was great to work with. He really took a very stressful event and minimized the agony of it. He got our home sold fast, for a good price and is a real easy guy to work with.
