About Christine

Christine Bradshaw is originally from South Florida. Her love of real estate began at a young age. Her father was a general contractor that she watched grow his business in the 70’s from only a few employees to over 300 in the 90’s.  She credits her parents with instilling in her a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.  Christine graduated with honors from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems.  She was actively involved at ASU and was a teaching assistant for two professors.  After graduation, she and her husband remained in Scottsdale, Arizona.  She was recruited by a small software company based in Philadelphia to be a business analyst at the local Phoenix office. She was quickly promoted to a senior business analyst handling a large pharmaceutical company’s variable compensation program for one of their largest prescription drugs sales forces.  

Christine and her husband started a family and longed to be closer to her parents.  Her husband was offered a management role in South Florida so they packed up and moved home.  They lived in Wellington and Lakewood Ranch before settling in Saint Augustine in 2012.  During their time in Florida, Christine took time off to raise their three daughters.  She remained active in her community supporting her three daughters in their individual sports. She is currently the President of the TNT Gymnastics Booster Club in Jacksonville.

Christine is most proud of her three wonderful daughters.  Hailey graduated with honors from the IB program at Nease High School and is now a student at the University of Florida studying Health Science with the hopes of attending medical school.  Both Emily and Riley attend The Bolles School.  Emily is on the Varsity Cheer Squad and Varsity Dive team.  Riley is an optional level gymnast at TNT Gymnastics.
