Carolyn is a Real Estate Professional with a passion for people, marketing and architecture.

After graduating from Arizona State University with a degree in Marketing, Carolyn directed one of the Major Championships on the Senior PGA Tour at a renowned golf community in north Scottsdale. Following years on the developer side, she became a licensed Realtor and has built a reputation for advocating for her clients as if they were a family member. She uses her business acumen, negotiation expertise and communication skills to create exceptional results for her clients. Carolyn is proud to be Co-Founder of a solution-oriented team which helps clients, large and small, realize their real estate goals.

Raised in Gig Harbor, Washington, Carolyn has been in Arizona since 1990. Carolyn and her husband, Scot, who is a retired Air Force F-16 pilot and their sons now call the Arcadia/Biltmore area of Phoenix home. The Glass family enjoy any time they can spend enjoying the outdoors including: golf, hiking, fly fishing, biking, boating and love to use their airline travel benefits to explore new cities around the world. Carolyn looks forward to sharing her knowledge of the Arizona desert lifestyle and helping you find an area and home ideal for you. She still spends summer months in Washington and enjoys helping clients relocating from the beautiful NW to sunny Arizona.
