Working with Kirsten was the total experience anyone would want for help in real estate. I had originally called after she helped our cousins sell their home, and on their ecstatic recommendations, I was confident that I needed to look no further for anyone better. We we not let down in the least. As soon as anyone were to meet Kirsten, they could not help but enjoy her company: she's super nice, friendly, easy-going, and perfectly knowledgeable about her trade. She had great suggestions, handled every phase or hiccup along the way with great aplomb, and offered encouragement to counterbalance our random bouts of negativity or skepticism in the current housing market. Her response time for any communication mode was remarkable and even when we moved out to an area with bad cell phone reception, she dealt with those hurdles wonderfully. She took the best course of action at every turn and wound up selling our house the very weekend it was posted--- and for a good bit over list price, to boot! She has even remained in friendly communication since the sale, encouraging our next life phases. I just cannot say enough to express just how happy we were with her work. Ten out of 10 in our opinion! A high reccomendation to anyone.

We just closed on the third home that Kirsten helped us purchase, so this glowing review is long overdue. Our most recent home purchase came together only because of Kirsten's speed and quick thinking. We looked at this most recent home within a couple of hours of it listing, made an offer right after the showing, and then were under contract by the following evening. This was a multiple offer situation and I believe it was Kirsten's negotiation skills, her experience with similar situations, and her exceptional communication skills that helped to get our offer accepted. With each of our real estate searches and then transactions, Kirsten has always been incredibly professional and responsive. But she is also genuinely interested in us as people. She has always done a wonderful job of listening to what our current goals are and then showing us a large selection of homes which fit our criteria. Often gently reminding us what it was we had told her we were looking for. More than anything, the thing you will notice that sets Kirsten apart is how much she sincerely cares about helping people. Her job gives her so much joy because she loves doing whatever she can to help her clients reach their goals. I cannot recommend Kirsten Zinkann highly enough. She is one of the nicest people I have ever met, but she is also never afraid to advocate for her clients to help them them get the best value for their money. If you want a realtor who will fight for you, but do it with a winsome smile that somehow keeps everyone from being offended, Kirsten is an excellent choice! We will definitely be using her in the future.

When I am not helping families buy and sell homes, I love spending time with my family, hiking all of the great trails in the Upstate, biking the Swamp Rabbit Trail on my tandem bike to Swamp Rabbit Cafe' for Stecca Bread, running in Falls Park and playing with my puppy rescue, Nugget!  Fun fact - - I biked around Lake Tahoe in one day!
