About Stacey

As a 5th Generation Galvestonian - B.O.I. (Born on the Island) Stacey Weber-Rubio knows and loves her home! She has deep Island roots and most of her family and friends live on Galveston Island. Stacey has been around the Island housing market her whole life, growing up around the business since her parents managed several properties of their own. She has developed a reliable eye for what works in buying and selling through multiple personal transactions as well.

 

Stacey entered the real estate industry in 2016 after a hospital career serving as an intensive care coordinator and emergency department charge capture specialist. Now in her seventh year of real estate service, Stacey is a full-time, top producing, sales agent with Sand `N Sea and was awarded and recognized as 2022’s Top Producing Sales Agent for the highest volume of real estate sales. Stacey's clients often express appreciation for her knowledge, service, and attention to detail. Whether marketing properties for sale or finding her client's the perfect home, Stacey's focus is on service. Some of Stacey’s specialty training includes resort and second home, luxury home marketing and sales, and 1031 tax exchanges.

 

After obtaining her real estate license, Stacey added a degree in Business Management with a Marketing Focus to her education to better serve her clients. Held by only 2% of Realtors®, this designation speaks to experience, amassed sales volume, education, training, and excellence in real estate. 

 

Stacey's late father, Danny Weber Sr. was Mayor pro tem to the City of Galveston and Fire Chief, of Galveston Fire Department. Stacey’s son and granddaughter, and her daughter and son-in-law all live close to home and they enjoy spending as much time together as possible. Stacey's husband of 30 years, Jesse, recently retired from the City of Texas City as their Assistant Fire Chief. A licensed REALTOR® himself, Jesse can often be found around town assisting Stacey at open houses, showings, and with transactions.

 

Stacey and her husband are members of the Galveston Historical Foundation, the Galveston Railroad Museum, and the Elks. Stacey enjoys volunteering with the Ronald McDonald House of Galveston, the Island ETC Theater, and with Catholic Charities of Galveston-Houston. She and her husband love to cook, travel, spend time with family and friends and play with their young granddaughter and miniature schnauzer.

 

Stacey's professional associations include the Houston Association of REALTORS®, Galveston Association of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS®, and Texas Association of REALTORS®.
