About Ashley

When you love what you do it isn’t a job- it’s your passion. For me, growing up in a family of real estate professionals, my holidays, important events and everyday moments were filled with clients turned friends. I am proud to continue this way of life in my adulthood. My greatest pleasure of being a SC native is helping my clients wisely locate, expertly negotiate and seamlessly navigate through their real estate transaction in a way that allows them to focus on their busy lives. By using my knowledge of the area, close eye on the development plans of the city, my relationships in the industry and knowledge gained from earning real estate negotiator designations (CREN and RENE), my focus for buyer clients is to vett the best financially sound opportunities for my clients so they can confidently select the home that will allow them to flourish. When working with my clients who are selling, my focus is to masterfully stage and market their home using my years of experience and relationships in  SC. Selling a home can be very stressful. My goal is for my clients to have a stress free selling experience that matches their terms and  timeframe. I handle the listing process and all the communications with potential buyers and their agents from the showings, offers, inspections to closing always with my clients best interest at heart
