My first meeting with Missy and Ruwena had to do with an estate-sized lot that my wife and I owned in Aradon Farms in Odenville, Alabama. We contracted previously two different companies for six months each in two different time periods with NO RESULTS. So, we were a bit hesitant at first to contract with Missy and Ruwena to sell our lot. However, we did for a six-month period and they got right to work on marketing our lot. Within 30 days, they brought us a buyer’s offer and we contracted and closed soon thereafter. It was like clock work. They didn’t miss a beat. Additionally, because of their hard work, style, and marketing savvy, we called on them to list our home for sale. My wife and I own a large house with a pool, pool house, guest house, and a tractor house located on sixty-six (66) acres in Springville, Alabama. Before knowing Missy and Ruwena, we called several real estate brokerages and they all turned us down because it was considered a “hard sale”. The other realtors said, “It was too many structures and too much land for us to handle.” Same story as with our estate-sized lot, we finally contracted two different brokerages for six months each in two different time periods with NO RESULTS! Mind you, this home and property is valued at $1,150,000. We then contracted with Ruwena and Missy. Again, they immediately got us prepared to properly list our home and they marketing it very well. They have produced not only ONE but TWO sales contracts and have had many out of state buyers viewing our property with LOTS OF SHOWINGS. Upon our first listing appointment, Missy and Ruwena said this property would have to be marketed all over the United States, not just in the Greater Alabama MLS and Birmingham metro area. They said it would take someone out of state that would buy this property. They also created a portfolio on this property consisting of true facts, pictures, videos, drone footage, house plans and a story of the Jackson’s dream, that of me and my wife. They did not give up and they were right. We are now, under contract to close in early May, not from someone just out of the state of Alabama, BUT SOMEONE OUT OF THE UNITED STATES. The buyer is in Japan. Missy and Ruwena went well beyond the expected, with their experience, with their ideas, and with their out-of-the-box thinking. They definitely know how to market property!
