About Nanette

I use my eye for detail and personal touch to help my clients find the home of their dreams and get acclimated to their new communities. Whether moving up, sizing down, or buying a seasonal home or investment property, I will make you the perfect match.

I have always had an affinity for real estate and a deep love for Florida. I knew it was time for me to align my life with my passions when I said goodbye to my life in Kentucky and moved here full time.

Matchmaking has always been a secret talent of mine. I’ve even matched up some of my clients with a love connection. I love learning about people and finding something that I know will make them smile! I use a personal approach to buying and selling homes, which produces the ideal result: happy clients in homes they love.

I am fully immersed in the Florida real estate industry. I am a member of the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing, the Bonita Estero Board of Realtors, and the Women’s Council of Realtors.

When I’m not assisting people in my community, I love to stay active with yoga, tennis, and golf, read, and travel to visit my five grown children.
