Jess took me on as a client in 2017. I remember meeting her, nervous for the first time. I wanted to be taken seriously, but having a home sale contingency offer and when you look far younger than you are can be difficult. Yet she did take me seriously as a client. She went to all the inspections I couldn’t go to because I was in a different state. She helped me extend my offer when my house didn’t sell as quickly as we thought it would. We always seemed to be on the same page. Together she helped me get a beautiful house to call my own. Through it all, we became friends. She is professional, kindly spoken, attentive, as well as she listens to what you need in a house. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. She finds the house for you, not what will profit her the most. She’s honest, flexible, and trustworthy.
