She is a third generation Realtor with over 19 years experience in advanced real estate sales. Lulu brings a wealth of knowledge to assist with real estate investments, the latest sales/marketing technology and micro/macro real estate economoics. Speciazing in selling, buying and searching for individual and business needs Lulu has demonstrated her knack for business and client satisfaction over the years. Lulu graduated from San Jose State University and majored in Business Management. Beginning her career in Real Estate, she started mentoring under her Dad, worked for a reputable nationwide Property Mangement Company to project managing commerical building renovations and started to Buy/Hold several of her own properties nationwide.
