Working with Chelsea was an absolute pleasure! She was very professional throughout the entire process. We sold our Ormond Beach home in THREE days and she even took me to Jacksonville and represented us on the buyer’s end to show me some properties she found--one of which we now call our new home! It was definitely not easy to list our home during a pandemic, but Chelsea always made sure to wear a mask and shoe coverings. She also supplied shoe coverings, hand sanitizer, and professional signage asking potential buyers and their realtors to sanitize and wear masks when entering our home for showings. She was right on target with her price recommendation for selling our home. She arranged for an incredible photographer/videographer, a Matterport tour, and advertised in mailers and on social media. Like with many sales, we had some unexpected bumps along the way and Chelsea did whatever she could to take the stress off of me and really went to bat for me to make sure the sales process went smoothly. We are so grateful to have sold our home so quickly and safely during a very interesting time in the world. Chelsea also sold my parents' home in 2019 and made that a stress-free process for them.
