About Tammy

Tammy Seymour has been a widely respected member of the Arizona real estate industry since 2005. After more than 700 successful sales, her track record remains spotless. A record she attributes to always placing her clients’ interests ahead of her own, providing attentive one-on-one service, knowing the contracts and procedures extremely well.

Tammy has extensive experience in selling Bank Owned Homes, doing Broker Price Opinions, working with Investors and in buying and selling Upscale Homes. She also has experience with Septic Systems, Wells, Land and other issues that surround the North Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Carefree, Desert Hills and North Phoenix areas.

Tammy’s previous experience in the IT profession ensures your home will get the exposure it needs. In addition to many specialty designations, Tammy maintains many hours of real estate school beyond what is required each year.  She also has extensive knowledge of the short sale market which allows her to effectively assist clients who are in financial hardship and need expert assistance to sell their property through the complicated short sale process. She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Arizona Association of REALTORS®, and the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS®.
