What do Clients Say?

I moved here in October, and a friend recommended MaryElizabeth. I have to honestly say that she RAISED my opinion of realtors. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. If I was looking to buy or sell a home MaryElizabeth would be my first choice.

My husband and I recently relocated from Colorado to Sarasota, FL and MaryElizabeth was recommended to us by some friends of ours. Well, little did we know that when we started working with MaryElizabeth that we would quickly come to respect her and gain a new friend. MaryElizabeth was an absolute joy to have on our side. Her approach is a complete focus on making sure her clients are taken care of professionally. She was extremely responsive and very enthusiastic about ensuring that the client is treated with honesty and integrity by the seller. She is extremely familiar with the area and quickly gains an understanding of her clients needs. Her passion, dedication, negotiating skills, and professionalism truly shows in everything she does!

MaryElizabeth was recommended to us by a fellow realtor of her, a friend of our son. We are very happy that we accepted that recommendation. She was very important in making decisions in the preparation of our apartment for sale and in the pricing. Since we moved out well before the apartment went for sale, she undertook many of the day to day supervision of the work done in the unit and other decisions normally made by the owner. The result of all this showed in the ease by which the unit was sold. The apartment was on the market only for a week before it was sold and by a very agreeable price. One couldn't have expected anything better. Since we moved to New Jersey, again she had to undertake all the preparatory work for the closing. She was in an almost daily contact with us during this period; and all this is in good cheer. We feel a depth of gratitude for her excellent performance.

MaryElizabeth has my highest and most sincere recommendation. She possesses the honesty and integrity, the work ethic, the personal and professional experience, and business acumen that anyone would want in their Realtor.

MaryElizabeth Mock is one of the most intelligent, hard working, and dedicated individuals with whom I have had the pleasure of working. She brings a level of energy that is unmatched. MaryElizabeth is a tough negotiator who knows when to be charming and when to be hardnosed. She will get the job done, if it takes pulling an all-nighter to get it done right.

A Diverse & Cultured Background Demonstrating Strong Focus, Patience, Passion, Perseverance, Resilience, and Resourcefulness
In addition to her 30+ years in Sarasota, MaryElizabeth has resided across the United States in Southern California, North Carolina, New England, and the Washington DC Metro Area. The proud daughter of a career Marine Corps Officer, she lived as a military dependent for 23 years, has resided on three Marine Corps bases and has traveled the country throughout her ballet career as a professional dancer, choreographer, ballet master, and audition coordinator & conductor.  At the age of 24 with a tiny baby just born, her entrepreneurial spirit shone when she set out on a mission to save a 40 year old business that had crumbled.  Upon reopening the doors to Florida Ballet Arts after the previous owner had abandoned the business, MaryElizabeth single-handedly resurrected, restructured, and grew the business by 835 percent with the majority of her clientele coming through word of mouth for more than a decade.  She then revived the Florida Ballet Arts Foundation, a non-profit organization, which was able to provide scholarships to promising students in need of financial assistance, while also providing holiday cheer to the retirement community through mini performances to residents of nursing homes and complimentary Nutcracker performance tickets to many citizens living in assisted living facilities, while also coordinating transportation to the theaters with the facilities' administration.  Never shying away from a challenge, she and her son lived bicoastal from 2008-2009.  While simultaneously running her own dance academy and performing company locally, she served as Ballet Master to San Diego Ballet and UNITY Dance Ensemble / UNITY LA, managing to make 15 roundtrip commutes in a 12 month span between Sarasota and San Diego, while also squeezing in time to train fitness patrons of Semper Fit aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar in San Diego.  MaryElizabeth continues to be highly sought after to dance organizations nationwide while pouring an equal level of passion into her Real Estate career, assisting both buyers and sellers with a wide range of properties and price ranges. Whether coaching, producing cutting edge performances, directing companies, or writing and negotiating real estate contracts and marketing properties, MaryElizabeth stands for nothing short of excellence in every aspect of her professional life.  When working with her, she will always make sure your needs and goals take center stage.
