About Nan

After dedicating 20 years in law enforcement in Wyoming, Colorado and overseas Nan began her real estate career in 2015, achieving her real estate Brokers license in January 2021.  In July 2021 with her business partner, real estate Broker Sandra Johnson, they created P3 & Associates, Inc. real estate brokerage to provide a high level concierge real estate experience for their clients.  Her ethics and values drive her to provide the highest level of expectations and service to her clients.  Nan believes in continued education to ensure the best services for her clients and holds a Montana Supervising Broker license.  She grew up in Montana and Wyoming returning back to her hometown of Kalispell, Montana in 2013.  She understands the complexity of the real estate transaction with attention to detail and discretion, while maintaining open communication with her clients through the process.  Ensuring her clients are keep up to date and informed is esstential.  The client’s objectives are her #1 priority while traversing the real estate transaction with the goal of a smooth, stress free experience while building lasting relationships.
