Being a first time home buyer I came into this entire process expecting the worst. Especially with the market being the way it was, I didn’t have very high hopes. Trying to buy a house while being overseas could have been very difficult, but Latonia made is so easy. She helped me understand what size house would be good for our growing family, how much to offer in order to be competitive, and completely took the lead on the entire process. I couldn’t be more thankful to have gotten so lucky with her. When we found houses we liked her and her assistant went the same day to record the property, and send me the videos. About Latonia

Whew...What a whirlwind life they have!! After graduating high school, Latonia went on to spend the next 20 years in the U.S. Army.  The leadership throughout that time proved to be vital in the many things she has become affiliated with. She has embraced her role in the community as Founder/Owner of Top Bragg Realty & Property Management, a Real Estate Firm, and Cape Fear Home Solutions, a home renovations company, both located in the Fayetteville/Ft. Bragg, NC area.  The focus is educating and assisting others with achieving the dream of home ownership as it is still an attainable goal. 

She and her husband, Command Sergeant Major (Ret.) King O. Parks. also own a franchise, Cold Stone Creamery in Hope Mills, NC and The UPS Store #7705 in Fayetteville, NC as an additional means to serve the community and our military. They are an integral part of enhancing the community where they live, work and play.

They've been married for over 3 decades and have 2 kidults. In their available time, Latonia enjoys serving as the first  President of the Fayetteville Chapter of Women Veterans Interactive, a non-profit created for Women Veterans who need emergency assistance for utilities, daycare, rent, etc. King is an avid golfer and lover of sports. They are also active in their church, True Vine Ministries, and enjoy traveling.
