What do Clients Say?

If any of my KC friends (or friends looking to move to the KC area) are looking to move I would highly recommend Trisha Ferguson of Coldwell Banker Good Life for your Realtor. Trisha was very patient with us because we were looking for the "perfect house" in the perfect location. She also had our best interests in mind at all times, and was more meticulous about things than even Christina and I were. After almost a year and a half she helped us get into the perfect home that we will be raising our family in. Thank you so much Trisha.

Just want to say a big thank you to Trisha Ferguson for helping in the sale of my childhood home.  I didn't really know what I was doing after losing my dad & my sister all in 1 year but Trisha took so much time finding things out & explaining things in a way I could understand.   Trisha,  you worked for your money on this one but know you were appreciated too. Thank you again.

About Trisha

Realtor®, Associate Broker and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist with Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties. I enjoy meeting new clients, learning about them and putting together customized strategies to reach their goals.  I love negotiating deals and winning on behalf of my clients. My husband and I reside in Overland Park, KS and we own a restaurant and brewery in Lawrence, KS, where we met. Having an attention to detail and offering a high level of customer service are driving forces behind my real estate business.

My real estate career began while I was working toward a Masters Degree in Political Science at the University of Kansas. I found myself researching different aspects of real estate, from the ways a community is planned to the nuances a home location can have on one’s quality of life. Homeownership is one of the most effective ways to build wealth and for people to attain the American Dream. I love research and information, and when I became a licensed real estate agent in 2012, I worked as a Transaction Coordinator, Relocation Specialist and in Listing Marketing in order to understand all aspects of the buying and selling process.

Not only do I know the buying and selling market in Kansas City, I’m also fluent with the behind-the-scenes experience necessary to create a customized plan to accomplish my client’s goals. Early in my career I worked as a transaction coordinator, relocation director and marketing specialist at my current brokerage. Is your priority to get the highest selling price or to buy your dream home? Either way, I provide my clients with the data to understand the parameters around each goal and outline the necessary steps to take to get there.
