I would like to share a few words about Lana Kopsala. My wife Carol and I decided to sell our home which we built 19 years ago. We were nervous as our experience selling is very limited especially in a market like this. First off Lana dug in and found properties in our area to rate ours against. We ended up putting the house on the Market for 55K more than another local realtor offered to sell our house. Background & Experience

I am a native of Ashby, MA and graduated from Becker Junior College where I began working as a Paralegal in the Worcester Housing Court as an intern until I transitioned into a full-time role with a law firm specializing in the real estate, specifically closing loans and preparing full titles.

In 2002, I obtained my real estate license and started my career as a full-time agent specializing in residential single-family, condominiums and multi-family properties.
