Before we signed on the dotted line, she already had a buyer in mind for our house! Unfortunately that buyer did not work out, but she had another interested buyer within a day! She kept us informed of everything that was going on with the buyers and the agent and what their needs and wants were. Jennifer offered advice of what was reasonable regarding repairs to the property. She also assisted us with the tenants we had in the residence and was very accommodating and respectful to their needs.
