“I had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Yolana Isham an incredible four times in fifteen months. She helped me sell my house in Chandler for more than asking price, and in my opinion, this was due to her suggestions about altering the curb appeal and staging. Literally the first couple to view the house put an offer in that was 5k more than asking price (459k). I had talked to several other agents before Yolana and they said they could sell my house quickly, but the selling price would be between 425k and 450k! Beware of quick sellers; they sell the house quickly by undervaluing your house. Yolana helped me find a wonderful new house, but unfortunately due to an accident a short time later I could no longer use the stairs off the two-story home and had to find a single level house.
