My name is Adam Belter, I am a Realtor & Principal of The Belter Group at Coldwell Banker Preferred, Realtors. I was born and raised in Bakersfield and have been involved in some aspect of real estate most of my adolescent and adult life. With my experience in appraisal, customer service, and working with buyers, sellers and investors I feel more than qualified to take care of any and all of your real estate needs. The Belter Group is comprised of myself, My father Gary Belter, 2 very qualified buyers specialists, a full time transaction coordinator dedicated to our team only, and a full time marketing specialist to make sure our clients listings are exposed to the maximum amount of potential buyers!
