I have bought and sold multiple homes in multiple states both while in the US military and as a corporate executive, and never have I had a better experience as when I worked with realtors Gina Strane and Kirby Ellis. Due to my role as Executor and Trustee for a deceased family member’s home, my needs were particularly acute. I needed not only the best in local Orange County expertise, but the ability to trust on scene decision making while three time zones away. Gina and Kirby combined savvy business acumen with heartfelt understanding of the particular needs of three young adult children recovering from the premature loss of their mother. Gina was realtor, counselor, advisor, project manager, project overseer, and friend. Gina could not have been more responsive, usually within minutes via either text message or phone call. Documentation execution was seamless and quick and back office personnel supporting Gina were just as supportive answering questions. When it came time to receive offers and negotiate we jointly discussed strategies beforehand and expertly carried out our plan. All in all, there was nothing I would have done differently or better in what could have been a trying time. Gina helped me during a difficult time--the passing of my mother, by selling her home. Not even sure where to start... Gina is not just the best real estate agent in the bizz, she is also a caring, warm-hearted person, who finds pleasure in helping others. Her process is unique, thorough, professional, and extremely detail-oriented. Gina helped my wife and I buy our 1st home in Laguna Niguel about 2 years ago. We searched for about 9 months before we found the home that was meant to be ours, and Gina was right there with us every step of the way. Gina provided a ton of options/insight, but my wife and I were extremely picky, so it took a little while to find the home we wanted. Needless to say, it was very effective2- Gina has close to 20 years of experience in the Real Estate Market. In an industry where a lot of people are self-contracted and 100% in it just for the money, it is important to work with a professional like Gina due to her in-depth industry knowledge, and passion for helping others. Gina took the time to sit down with my wife and me (on her 1st visit, before she knew whether or not we were going to work with her) and walk us through the entire buying process. Gina went as far as reading the buyer/seller contracts with us line by line as to make sure we understood the process. To this day, when I have questions about real estate investment options, or real estate in general I call Gina. She is superwoman as far as I'm concerned. I cannot recommend Gina enough!
