My wife Carrie and I started our search for a Florida home just over two years ago. Tammy was referred to us by a couple of friends who spoke very highly of her. At the time the market was extremely tricky - houses were going fast. We were traveling back and forth between Maryland and Florida and trying to time offers for the best available homes in our weeks in the area. Tammy kept suggesting different properties - all spectacular - but because of how fast residential real estate was moving at the time we were coming up short. Tammy’s professional real estate career consists of over 19 successful years of which she worked 9 years as a realtor in Pennsylvania.  Upon moving to Florida, Tammy continued to advance her education and career by obtaining her Broker Associate License.  Tammy has been working as a Broker Associate for the past 10 years in the Lakewood Ranch/Sarasota/Bradenton and Venice region.  Tammy continues to gain knowledge by obtaining additional achievements to better serve her customers.  Tammy has earned the title recognition of Pricing Strategy Advisor and Global Luxury Property Specialist.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Tammy has lived in Annapolis, Maryland and Williamsburg, Virginia.  Tammy and her family have resided in the Lakewood Ranch region for 14 years enjoying the relaxed lifestyle that Florida offers.  Tammy and her husband Charles have been married for 36 years and are the proud parents of two adult children.  Tammy enjoys organizing events, social gatherings, volunteering for the local Lakewood Ranch Elks Lodge and chairing the Greyhawk Landing Ladies monthly luncheon group to give back to her community.
