About Melissa

Hello! I am a full-time real estate agent, working on The Julie Gritton Team with Coldwell Banker in Lewes, DE. I am a certfied Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and previously a Paralegal & a Military Real Estate Agent with AHRN. I am obtaining my Global Luxury designation and I'm also in the process of obtaining my CCIM designation (commercial real estate). I specializes in Commercial & Residential real estate.

I lived for a few years in Kaiserslautern, Germany and Ft. Stewart, Georgia and then returned home to Lewes, DE. I volunteer for the Coldwell Banker Homes for Dogs Project and support/participate in other fundraisers and events for my community, sponsored by Coldwell Banker.
