I'm going to start with saying we had bought and sold multiple house before we sold our home with Amanda. I have never written a review because I considered every Real Estate Agent we worked with to be completely worthless and not worth the commission they are paid. Amanda is the exact opposite of that. We were connected to her through the Navy Federal Realty Plus program which is a hot garbage middle-man program just soaking up money and providing no useful service but I digress. We were very happy they referred us to her. We were buying and selling at the same time so had to coordinate both and the difference between her and the other agent were night and day. Her communication was frequent and very helpful. I was skeptical that since she lived almost an hour away that we wouldn't get good service but I was wrong. We met her multiple times even though since we were selling she didn't really need to come see us but she did anyways. The best thing I can say is we've always hated the Real Estate industry but working with her restored our faith in using a Real Estate Agent. We highly recommend her to anyone selling/buying in the Pocatello/Idaho Falls area.

Many realtors I have met do not add a personal touch, and care more about money. Amanda cares most about you SATISFACTION and takes care of you from start to finish. I first met her when we hired her to sell our home, and she has taken care of us in the selling process in the most TIMELY manner- whatever it is, she is on top of it.
