We love Jazzy because she is awesome, responsive, and excellent in everything she does. We knew we found the right realtor after the very first phone call with her. We asked Jazzy to help us as she was recommended by a friend. She quickly set the wheels in motion to make sure we saw all the homes we liked at our convenient times. As soon as we found the house we wanted to buy, she immediately contacted the seller's agent, got all the details she needed and prepared a recently sold comparable homes to guide us through preparing a wining offer. She has been great to work with through showing homes to our home inspection and final closing details. Our family cannot give enough praises to Jazzy. She bent over backward for us. Looking for a home in this market, everyone needs a realtor like Jazzy! She was able to find us a home, summit our offer, advocated for us and prevented a bidding war. She helped us figure out the best way to position our offer and what price to go in at to give us the absolute best chance that the sellers would accept our offer. Even after the sellers accepted our offer, there we’re still buyers that wanted to buy the house from under us. Best of all, we felt like we were working with our best friend rather than a real estate agent. If I texted her a question or an update she would often respond in 2 minutes or less. She has a wealth of knowledge and unique viewpoints. When you choose to work with Jazzy (and I HIGHLY recommend you do) . I wish I could bottle her up and have her represent us for all our future home purchase even we have to move and for all our kids.

A close friend of my recommended Jazzy Singh when I started looking for my first home. I had been looking for a home for several months, and was so nervous about the process. When I first spoke with Jazzy, I immediately knew that she was the best Realtor for us. Jazzy really listened to me, she wanted to know exactly what kind of house I was looking for and my preferred location. When I decided I wanted to go with a new-build, Jazzy always made the time in her schedule to help me with every single step. Jazzy never left me with any unanswered questions, she would explain every step in detail as much as we needed. If she wasn’t 110% sure of the answer, she found it, right then and there. Jazzy is also incredibly personable and an understanding friend. On top of being exceptionally good at her job, she felt family after our first meeting and certainly is a family friend now. I was very picky when it came to our home, and there were a lot of bumps in the road with finances. Jazzy worked hard for me and never gave up even when I almost did. Whether it was 2am or 8am, she always answered my calls and made sure I was informed of everything needed/going on.
