About Catherine

Celebrating the best quality living in northern Colorado, Catherine has had the pleasure of residing in the beautiful city of Fort Collins for 31 years now, (an outdoor mecca for enthusiasts and entreprenters.) She transitioned into an award winning, long lasting residential real estate career 22 years ago, taking after her roots (2nd Generation REALTOR®) and growing up along the front range in Denver.  

Graduating from Colorado State University in 96' with a degree in Psychology, and then transitioning to Hewlett Packard shortly after, she has the benefit of both the corporate & the "careful navigation" that go beyond "property" and understanding the essential ultimate "experience" & "lifestyle" that are frequently associated with real estate dreams & procurement.  She is a member of C3 Real Estate's Luxury Team and their Farm & Ranch Team. Formally trained in the marketing realm with national builders for many years on what is “Effective” for selling in today’s market and has reprsented both local custom and national builders from Boulder to Fort Collins, in a variety of "award-winning" communities.   Also a new construction specialist, Catherine has built speculative homes herself in Old Town Fort Collins in the past and enjoys the creativity and state of the art home technoloyg.  Some of those builders that she has marketed for + specifically represented include: Bancroft Capital, Treeline Builders, Ryland Homes (now CalAtlantice/Lennar), Stoner Construction, Oak Valley Homes, Haven Builders, Philgreen Construction, Schuman, developers of High-Pointe Estates, and most recently local L'Avenir in Old Town Fort Collins, which won the 2021 USGBC Leadership award.
