Well, where do I start? We needed to sell our home and move back to the Midwest, to help our family. The pandemic has wrecked my family. We happened to see her vehicle advertising her service. We decided to call and we have been very happy with her professionalism and responsiveness to our needs. Imagine, the audacity to sell our home in the middle of a pandemic! Trying to work from home and having to leave for showing to potential buyers. What a task! Well it worked due to Shavonne Martin’s excellent skills. Shavonne stated our house would sell within 2 weeks, and the home was in great condition. We had an offer in 7 days and above asking price. We were stunned and appreciative of all of the work Shavonne and her team accomplished. We have had bad experiences in the past with realtors. This experience was excellent. Working with Shavonne has been an absolute pleasure. Would highly recommend her to anyone, we appreciate the personal touch. There were a few minor repairs we needed to complete after the inspection. She offered the names of various vendors that can take care of household repairs that are licensed by the state and each recommendation has been spot on with service, work, and price! You can't beat this combination of customer service and knowledge. If only all realtors could be like her! We miss Texas. I wish we could use her to purchase our home in the Midwest.
