Carl N : I had become fed up. The house I was living in was more than I could manage. It needed more fixing than I could do on my own, me not being a house handyman myself. Then a change in my life prompted me to consider selling my house. The first agent I hired listed my poperty with sub-par pictures and ghosted me for days at a time. I had to track him down at one point. I was shopping for a new agent when I met this dynamic duo. They talked to me about a plan to sell the house on day one! One that would showcase the property like it was the movie set of Gone with the Wind. The panaramic pictures that you could follow from room to room was spectacular, aerial drone pics and the best part of their plan was the movie video they offered. These two are state of the art game changers. That is why I chose Mike and Bev. My favorite part of the video they shot was how she framed the worst room in the house as the room that drew in the viewers. They turned out to be everything the first agent wasn't and a real find for me. Now it was not all roses, I got some tough love from Bev on what I needed to do for the house to get top dollar and It was hard to hear, especially with my budget, but I took their advice and made the changes Bev suggested and she delivered on their promise...big time. I ended up getting thousands over my asking price. Which in contrast, the first agent tried to get me to settle for less. I learned to stay true to what makes sense when making the biggest move of your life. My advice to you, who read this far... Go with a plan that makes sense and accept that initial meeting with Mike and Bev before you settle on your agent. I promise you it will be worth your time, and if you are someone who is thinking about making a move, start by letting Bev make a movie! Five Stars from this happy home owner.
