About Carla

Carla Curtis-Galyean is a top-performing Realtor® with 35+ years of administrative experience in residential, commercial, and multi-family real estate.  At 18, Carla followed in her mother's footsteps, a seasoned Realtor in Bay Area Houston, and an active member of the community. She was Carla's role model, joining RE/MAX Space Center in 1990, and inspired Carla to carry on her legacy after she passed in 2017.

With her diverse background leading creative development and execution of high-impact sales and marketing campaigns, Carla re-established her real estate license in 2021 and, in that short time, has successfully closed many transactions, with achievements that include having one of the top home sales in Houston’s Top 10 for May-22, completing her Graduate Realtor Institute™ (GRI) designation, and named among the RE/MAX Top 500 in Texas for 2022. 

Moving from upstate New York with her family in 1977 and settling in the Clear Lake area, Carla graduated from Clear Lake High School and is a resident of League City, TX with her husband Rick, a native of Seabrook, TX.  She is a stepmom to six and enjoys spending time with her four grandchildren.
