About Robert

Bob demonstrates over 50 years of entrepreneurial industry experience working directly with clients and the materialization of their dream homes in the upper end market. He really understands high end clients and residences and enjoys putting them together. His resume’ includes significant time as a wholesale and retail building products distributor, high-end residential contractor, high end property manager and Real Estate Broker. He’s worked in one or more of those disciplines in New Jersey, Maryland, Massachusetts and Florida.  His integrity, industry knowledge, attention to detail and demand for quality has earned him a large client network in these markets.   

Bob owned and operated Prestige Construction Corp and Prestige Homecare in the Metro West Boston Market for many years before moving to Florida in 2007. He quickly earned his Florida real estate license with his wife Ann, and together, they opened Distinguished Homes Realty where they specialized in high end residential sales in the Hammock coastal area of Palm Coast.  Bob has also earned ABR, SRS, SFR, BPOR, CDPE, and CIAS real estate certifications along with his active Florida Broker license.  He is a member of the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing, where he holds the CLHMS designation with GUILD recognition. Bob is also a licensed, active Maryland Associate Broker with Monument Sotheby’s International Realty out of Severna Park, MD. He recently let his Massachusetts Residential Contractor’s License expire after decades of service there.  Bob studied at the University of Baltimore.

Bob and Ann live with their Springer Spaniel, Luke, in the Hammock Dunes community of Island Estates in Palm Coast.  He’s served on the Master Board of Hammock Dunes, and the Island Estates and Cambria Boards. He stays active in the Hammock Dunes community and Club. Bob has also served as Director of the Palm Coast Business Networking Group.
