We were introduced to Oriana (virtually) by very good friends of ours from LA who had moved to the Dallas area and had purchased 2 homes with her in the past year. We, being in the same situation, moving from LA to Dallas had multiple conversations over email and phone calls with her over the course of our journey to move to Texas. We immediately knew that Oriana was the agent for us. She came with the knowledge, area expertise, and professionalism that anyone could ask of a real estate agent. She is friendly, has great communication skills and accommodated our travel schedule to setup house viewing when we came into the Dallas area. Oriana got to know our likes and dislikes in the type of house we were looking for and also took our timing into consideration. Over the 2 weekends we were in Dallas, we viewed numerous houses on a well, but tightly scheduled itinerary that Oriana had put together for us. She provided us with all the info in a binder so we could write our notes for our comparisons. We did find 2 houses that we had made offers on, but in the end, we were outbid by some cash buyers, but that did not deter us or Oriana. Now she was on a mission to find the perfect house for us. We eventually found that house we liked on line, and before seeing it in person, Oriana arranged for a FaceTime call during her walk through where she walked throughout the entire house and gave us instant feedback. Oriana knew what we were looking for and pointed out all the positives and negatives of the house. We had Oriana start the bidding process right away from her feedback. Once our bid was submitted, we flew into Dallas to see the house. It was everything that we were looking for. Once our bid was accepted and we completed the closing, there was still a few weeks before we could execute the move for our furniture and belongings. In the meantime, Oriana arranged to be at the house to get the trash cans moved outside for pickup, arranged a handy man to do some touch ups around the house and also had the fireplace cleaned and ready for us. She also went as far as coming to the house to meet the utility representatives to get the water and gas turned on and working. Oriana truly went out of her way to get the house ready for us, well above and beyond our expectations. On the day, we arrived, the house was in move in condition. Without Oriana, we would have had to make several trips back and forth to get the house in order. She saved us time, organisation, frustration and money on a long distance move while we were juggling our work, school for the kids and our personal lives. If you are looking for a committed agent, Oriana is the person for you. She is determined and comes with a great personality that makes it easy to communicate with and in the end, to follow through to get things accomplished. Thank you Oriana. About Oriana

Oriana graduated from the University of Miami in the early 90s and began her career in Miami-Dade County government in employee relations. While working, she met and married the love of her life, Charles, with whom they have two beautiful children together with, Daniella and Derek. Oriana was fortunate enough to raise her kids full time while her husband’s career moved them from Miami to New York, Dallas, Switzerland, and back to Dallas. Born in Northern California, Oriana was raised in Peru/Chile before moving to Miami in her 20s. The family has traveled to over 20 countries and some of their favorite destinations include Athens, Florence, Istanbul, Prague, and Vienna.
