We finally closed our home in Oakville with help of our wonderful partner Genevieve. She has been rightly and mindfully called partner because she not only worked as our agent , she was basically our eyes and ears from day one to last. Having said that , we bought the home from hundreds of miles away and we saw our beautiful new home and met Gen in person after six days of closing . All happened over phone and txts . She answered my countless queries and concerns at lightening speed. Whoever got a home in Oakville will agree that buying a property there within near budget is a challenge. But I hit the jackpot. Not only winning the property , which is great , but my biggest win is to know Genevieve who is a gem not only professionally , also the most understanding , trust worthy and empathetic human being . After being frustrated with few other agents and failed offers , I called Genevieve randomly without any reference which is next to impossible for a self confessed critical client like me , I must admit. She absolutely nailed me and my requirements in a home after first conversation. Mutual trusts we both had for each other , made whole journey organized and way less stressful. She even took care of cleaning the home when she found out that the previous owner did not do their best . She already have five stars rating. Don’t think this will add any more star.
