A Real Professional Selling Experience! Sondra guided my wife and I through a well thought out plan in order to sell our house realizing the real value. She was brutally honest pointing out the things we needed to address prior to putting on market. Then she unveiled a robust marketing plan including a very professionally done video and pictures of the entire house which was used on all internet real estate selling sites. Additionally there were flyers and post cards that were a cut above what I’ve traditionally seen out there, used in a robust mailing and distribution campaign including to local agents. Her ‘On Site’ presence during showings was a major contribution in selling our house. I enjoyed a wonderful career in the luxury goods industry for over 30 years and along the way I have had the opportunity to work alongside some of the most talented and authentic people in my industry. The knowledge they have imparted on me over my career is invaluable no matter what profession you are in. That career took me around the world to exotic places and imparted on me a great respect for the concept of "home".   

I have had the opportunity to live all around the US in places like North Dakota, Minnesota, California, Texas, North Carolina and now, Florida. A full-time southwest Florida resident since 2018, my husband and I decided to make the “move” after having visited Florida enough times to know this is where we wanted to be. We love the hot, muggy summers and the temperate winters. It really is paradise.

I decided to explore real estate after my tenure in luxury goods because of the experiences that I had as a homeowner or renter in various states. Many of the Realtors® I have had the pleasure of working with have been the foundation for my decision to get my real estate license. They were there for me a thousand percent throughout the process, whether selling my home or buying a new one. Each brought their own set of skills to the table and no two were alike.
