About Julie Williams

Julie Williams is a Realtor in Portland, Oregon and 6th generation Oregonian.  She earned her Bachelors degree in Marketing from Oregon State University, and held marketing director positions until 1995 when she chose to follow in her mother’s footsteps and actively pursue real estate sales.  She has been able to weave her marketing expertise into her real estate business and create exceptional marketing for her listings.  But Julie is also hooked on the thrill of the catch when she helps her buyers land their dream home.  She has owned homes in Multnomah, Cooper Mountain and Bull Mountain and specializes in, but is not limited to, Portland’s Westside market.

Since joining Eleete Real Estate (formerly Lee Davies Real Estate) in 2008 as Marketing Director her responsibilities went on to include managing staff, recruiting, overall company operations, being the managing principal broker and training newer brokers at Eleete to ensure that they provide the same exemplary level of service required by all brokers at the company.  Currently she focuses soley on representing her buyer and seller clients.  She utilizes the two-broker team approach at Eleete to include a licensed assisting broker on each file who she believes will bring the most value to the client and their transaction.

Julie lives with her husband Jeff in their recently empty nest on Bull Mountain in Tigard, along with their young silver labrador, Luna.  Their oldest son, Bryce, is a 2021 UO grad and their younger son, Derek attends OSU College of Engineering.  Julie has enjoyed volunteering for Tigard High School’s All Night Grad Party and TTSD Packed With Pride Emergency Food Program and is in President of Gamma Phi Beta Portland Alumnae, a leadership group supporting local nonprofits.  She is an artist at heart and enjoys painting and interior design as well as movies and snow skiing with her family.
