About Steven

Retired US Marine Corps "Mustang" Communicator with just over 29 years of active duty service. My family and I moved to the Hampton Roads area in 1996, and I subsequently obtained my Virginia Real Estate Salesperson license in 1997, and have remained licensed ever since. My wife, Joyce, became licensed in 2014 and has been with Coldwell Banker NOW as well. As full-time REALTORS®, we support each other in real estate transactions, and we like to remind our clients that they get two for one with us.

As far as education, I have a MS in Management from Troy University, a BA in History from California State University-Fullerton, and a AA in General Studies from National University.

I am a lifetime member of the Military Officers of America Association (MOAA) and Armed Forces Communications Electronics Association (AFCEA).
