Pedro helped me on two occasions and exceeded my expectations both times. The first was a refinance on an existing property during the Great Refi of 2020...it took a few months but he and I were both persistent and were able to lock in a great rate that freed up a nice chunk of cashflow. The second time was for a home purchase in summer of 2021 when the market seemed to be at a boil. With a lot of persistence on both our parts and a little bit of luck, I was able to get an offer accepted with probably less down than the competing offers. He handled the loan as well and was also able to get me a kickbutt rate. I am a bit more savvy than a first time buyer and I am impressed with Pedro's understanding of the market, finances and negotiation. He's got an MBA and seems like he invested a lot in his own professional development. He was also looking out for me as his client - so much so that I had to tell him "it's okay - I'm fine with absorbing that" during parts of my latest deal. Competent and, above all, a good guy who wants the best for his clients.

This Review is for our agent Pedro. I was browsing houses around San Jose, and I contacted Pedro. He was very accommodating on entertaining our needs He represent us in the best way that he can. It was not an easy task for all of us as they were aggressive offer to the house that we like as well. But he was on top of everything, He knows the listing agent and he was able to get the house for us. And we use him as my brother's listing agent for his house and was able to sell my brother's house too. We are definitely going to comeback to him if we purchase our second home.
